Running update

38 mins, 4km star trac 36 mins, 5.9km 4.0 incline Hungry. I realized I'm at around 2012-2013 performance level. That app should look at long data including disruption to life style and juggling too many things. Even if arbitrary  : sleep, eating, stress, should be measured. 3 months from 2nd injury or relapse of the year.

28 min and 2.88km at star trac 24:04 mins at 4km at nike Had HIITs yesterday only one and the second is stretching. Will do so today. I've been successfully cutting in the past start of week. So I'm weaker and will work with this new handicap. Been able to sleep earlier. Got the mindset to just go to sleep and leave my review for Tom morning. With out my classes I can write more but I will need to Study Chinese more regularly. I have not been lately.

25 mins, 2.3km Star Trac 18 mins, 3km Nike Back hurts while running, but 1-2 out of 10. Need to compress more  of my exercise time. Morning Ritual version 6.16 Current Schueduling Goal (not yet achieve) Wake up at 5am Always bring notebook and phone.  Make Coffee (currently at 4 shots at 15g each) 30mins make more efficient and systemic.  Go through this schedule pattern.  Review tasks for the day while drinking coffee 45mins  check Work Project Tracker check Personal Project Tracker   Exercise ideally all in 60mins this means tools and gear in one place so that easier start up and end time everyday:  either 2x 8 min HIIT or 3k run at the fastest pace. 1k in 6.5km, and 2nd k at 7.5, and 3rd k at fastest pace minimum 6.5. with a half hiit.  Try to get Niko ready and awake.  Need to try to figure out Night Ritual.

32 mins 3.64km star trac 30 mins 5km nike 4.0 incline. Back hurts if I don't exercise so I now need to do some exercise everyday. More reason to workout. Got a new arm band. Slept well but aircon still sucks up to now. It can only do 24c instead of 18c.

30 mins 3km star trac 25 mins 4km nike 4.0 incline Back less now I guess. I should run early because my bigger stomach prevents me from breathing normally. Not been able to go negative calories long  enough. Need to starve a bit these days. Let's see. Need to improve my habits. Take medicine alert should be recorded.

33 mins, 2.72 km star trac 20 mins 3.25 nike Back hurts to a point that I need to control my breathing  when I try to push the pain.  That definitely is an impartial assessment of pain. Bloated lately, my stomach feels full and expanded all the time. I need to loose weight. So I'm minimizing the calories and high Protien density when I can.

47 mins, 4.67km star trac 4.0 incline 41 min and 6km Nike. Back has been bad and so many errands and obligations. Back was hurting wasn't able to take care if it. Niko made me do a 7 min workout last night. Thanks to him to push me hard.
