Running Update

25 mins, 2.3km Star Trac
18 mins, 3km Nike

Back hurts while running, but 1-2 out of 10. Need to compress more  of my exercise time.

Morning Ritual version 6.16
Current Schueduling Goal (not yet achieve)

  • Wake up at 5am
  • Always bring notebook and phone. 
  • Make Coffee (currently at 4 shots at 15g each) 30mins
    • make more efficient and systemic. 
  • Go through this schedule pattern. 
  • Review tasks for the day while drinking coffee 45mins 
    • check Work Project Tracker
    • check Personal Project Tracker
    •  
  • Exercise ideally all in 60mins
    • this means tools and gear in one place so that easier start up and end time
    • everyday: 
      • either 2x 8 min HIIT or
      • 3k run at the fastest pace. 1k in 6.5km, and 2nd k at 7.5, and 3rd k at fastest pace minimum 6.5. with a half hiit. 
  • Try to get Niko ready and awake. 
Need to try to figure out Night Ritual.
