not really much to do . and so much to do at home. I wish I was home and this over with. Not being depressed again, but life is on hold, and I don't have the time.

Caballero . was what I put in the search as I prepared for my Philppine history game. It got my juices flowing when I finished a Spanish Caballero and found the character intersting. So I looked up a search for one, then i stumbled on this picture of a spanish looking knight. He looked cool and simple. My love for the historical is certainly biased to these kinds of characters. Not so much plates and all kinds of fandangles, but the suave and simple crusader. Anyway, for my byzantine Swordsman, I drew some inspiration from the figurine and tried to get that tired /disconnected look in a warrior. I was saying the face was bland so this really helped spice it up. Or at least give me a glipse of what I want. PS7 is hard to use, I'm suprised Last Scion is still using it. My steak . I screwed it up. Anyway, lesson learned. It was my first time to try to cook steaks anyway. It smelled funky and I must have given myself diareah. (or it could have been the chicken undercooked. Drawing . There is something about the face that is so bland. I have a feeling it reflects the zest in me. If I can't make a face "stand out". Not that I have to make him good looking, but he lacks character. Trying to make New Iconic Characters. Trying to PUSH my drawing envelope... oh well.

A chance to GM . Talked to Jeff, since he has no game available to him on sunday, I offered to GM. Philippine History setting, 1896 or probably before that as a primer. Tropical Gothic, ala Nick Joaquin. My resolution is not to make the game prep take too much time, probably an hour every other day (if I can help it). This will also stop me from bitching and complaining i don't get to GM. Well Recieved . My geek cred went up a bit as I finished my Random Character Generator Tables and presented it in the boards. Its meant for Dark Ages, and well designed. The presentation could use some improvement, but I don't have the computing/graphics power to improve it. Ever since 4th ed, people wondered when they will make a random character generator, thing is, I made one for genre specific (for my games basically). Before I left the phils . I loaded up on eating alot of fruits. The mangoes we have are the high ends one here. Now, I'm having blueberries and strawberries. Its relatively cheaper here, so i'm having my fill till i get back. Drawing . Its really frustrating to draw here, can't wait to get home. Atleat there, even if the drawing sucks, its easy to start over. Byzantine . Finished the basic templates, finished some tables for random character generation, it was alot of work but I'm almost done. I really need the comic and the computer at home. I want to draw everything first THEN make the write up. Did some research into Sassanid Persia as well. Pretty much the same as Byzantia, in many ways but also very different. If only there was a way to forge better diplomatic relations.

Papers .Done, finally. but I'm not out of the woods yet. Thanks for gaspar for accompanying me all the way to newark, the trip was 3+ hours each way. Work . Almost done, but I gotta draw the comic and finish it ASAP. Wost case, I can probably pay for my drawings to be retouched/edited. Just aslong as most of the art is done. drawing on paper .Havent done that in a while and the computer here is just too slow for it. Finding out my little sister has a intuitos (a professional drawing tablet) makes me want to spend for the ram i need for my PC. probably boosting it back up to 2G RAM, which would be much cheaper than spending for an intuitos and allow me to render better.
