Running update

Can't run. Did a 35 min walk on 3.7kph on 4.0 incline. My lower  back aches and I had to stop because of that. I don't know what to do because of my injury. This aggravated when I brought niko to the doctor and insisted I carry him most of the time. It was already weak and now that light work out is what threw my back.

Running update

33 mins, 3km star trac and 4.4km Nike. 4.0 incline. Knees and thighs stressed. Forgot I worked out yesterday, but I need to do a proper HIIT. Will try for a 8/12 interval hit. Inten
17 mins 2.15km star trac and 2.8km Nike. Niko had nightmares about  Nintendo and gaming. I didn't get any sleep. It was from 340am and I zoned out on the phone till 430am. I woke up at 10am and felt like the sleep debt can bring me to sleep to 1pm. But I have a meeting. I have class tomorrow and I have so much to do. I will try to take niko on adventures more outside of gaming. Back is a little sore. I look good today but my back is sore.

Running update

28 min and 3km star trac or 4.7 Nike. Niko went crazy again last night and argued over money with the wife. Weak. Back is wr Irregular eating habits. Woke up at 830am but must have slept 4 hours. Will Create easy HIIT, moderate and full HIIT.

Running update, exercise

30 mins, 3.3km star trac, 4.7 Nike.  4.0 incline, 7kph for 3nike km. 5 min walk. Will try to do a 6 interval hit. 4 minutes. Eating quality determines how much body I can build. Keep a simple algorithm.  High complete Protien, incomplete Protien, and complex carbs. Ver little in snacks. Look for other incomplete Protien snacks. Calculate fats to grams instead of calories. Exercise, health, running 1000 steps per 10 mins walk or 5 minutes run.

Running update

20 mins, 2km star trac, 3km Nike. At 4.0 incline. Back is minorly sore. I was jacked yesterday from the upper body work out. Will do some today.  Will try to do some intervals. Woke up at 845, but slept at 1145. I had a head ache yesterday but it cleared up.

Headache today

Did a long HIIT but I've been having a headache the whole day. Need to sleep longer. Probably deeper. Will use antihistamines.
