Running update

26 mins 4km in Nike 3.5km by star trac. Incline 4.0.

Drank less water, only in start and end. Stomach hurt a bit because I ate two piece chicken two hours before.

Feet hurt only a bit. Did fairly well.

Abdomen tensed for having contents in stomach. Breathing was hard. I over sleep when I do a full run so I held back.
