Out maid of 3 plus years was bad. But got worse as the years progress. A fact of being an employer of a maid is that you are busy making ends meet to be always on top of things, and managing the household help. This is a Post I will be updating continuously because it is a GIANT Data Dump. I believe, two to three households can share a pool of maids and maintain an attention to performance and discipline needed but thats another matter. Only did 3 Hip Up Dips Sets of 20, and could not complete my 3rd Push Up Set. Really weak upper body since being sick and since its one of the exercises I ditch when things get stressed out. I need to prep my Airsoft Gear and Gaming Gear, as well as meet up with Ryan by this Saturday. Woke up 1:50am because of Niko. Could not go back to sleep. Only Slept 5 hours. Hope to last till 8pm.

37 minutes 5km treadmill star ttac 5.45 Nike running 5.69 fitbit I did 3km before running today scouting out bfast places and buying breakfast. Woke up 445 Right knee weak. Right ankle also. Maintained 9kph by star Trac for about 2.5km. Came from our nyc trip with over 106k steps and 90k steps in the two weeks there. Will need to rest bones. Will have a protein shake and a bagel.

I woke up 4:45am, because of Jetlag.  I love it when I can wake up early for once. I fed Niko with reheated pasta his mom made and strawberry yogurt, a habit we both gained while in NYC. It took me around 30-40mins to feed him, given how difficult it is to make him eat even when you know he should be starving. It took me 40 mins to prepare about two 250ml of coffee, each with about 40-35g of Gourmet Beans. This should be enough for 4 days. I put two servings per container of protein shake, which melts into it while its still hot, because I intend to drink 120ml shot at a time mixed in with a lot of milk. I changed into running gear and strapped on my Pistol belt filled with pouches. It was raining pretty bad. I want to really check out my neighborhood what was open at around 6am in a regular day.
