Set exercise and efficiency goals only 2 weeks far
Setting my goals with my calendar at 2 weeks far and allowing myself to cross them out helps.
I will cross the out using this blog reporting and posting when I am able to accomplish anything. I guess I will be using this blog more and more to channel my need for affirmation.
