Working towards 5k a day, 15k a week

Image
Did 5k today in 26mins, Thursday. Did 4.8k tuesday. Hope to do another 5k on sunday. I need my bones to get used to my new shoes. Long Term Goal: 15kph or 9.6mi a day in under 30mins. This is needed to prepare me to do 20-30km hike with a go-bag and my son in case of an emergency. I need to do the Major Feats after the 2 day break. Incrementally work towards 15kph in 30mins. Right now I need to be able to do all my work out in 30mins. Build up core strength. I need to be able to do 10kph in 20mins. Currently 5km under 30mins. next should be 5km in 20mins immediate goal 5km in under 20mins (stresses in strength; wear my Hydration Bag for this to build up back strength) 7km in under 20mins 10km in under 20mins I've found that going 15kph ASAP helps start my run. Once the breathing is more "desperate" I'm more in the zone to work out. When my chest feels burning, my brain is suffering but the rest of  my body "Gets the Picture" that we are working

Fighting ingrained programming

When I'm doing my writing exercises fighting my preprogrammed response makes me want to break something. I am very uncomfortable that it is felt in my entire body. It takes energy and fight to change strong mental wiring.

Freaking allergies

I was sleeping with the help of antihistamines this past week but it has been causing me to oversee and have a lot of dreams which I've Correlated to lack of oxygenation... brain cells killing dreams. So I decided to stop taking them but I love being able to sleep with my family. I need to sit up to breath normally. Fucking allergies. Its the effect on my decision making that will lead it to killing me than anything regarding health

Exercise Progress

I'm trying to build up my running, with the goal of being able to endure 15kph (Move-8 in gurps) for about 3 hours. The method I want to achieve is through sprinting most of the time and walking. So far I can do 3mi or 4.8 in 30 minutes. I have to more than double that. I have to ideally be able to do in 30 minutes of exercise 8km or 5mi consistently every other day. Then from there build up my core by running with a kit moviing from 5lbs to 16lbs. What I learned that it takes bone strength be able to run, so it has a strong element of strength in the task. You may have the endurance and will, but more often you will damage your own legs and ruin the pace of exercise with an extended rest. being 34 doesnt help, bones are weaker from a life behind the desk and joints are more calcified. It will take time and conditioning to build it up. Probably 2 years of faithful and devoted running. Then after the 2 years probably raise the kit weight. I'll be 38 or 40 by the time I can

Got really dizzy

If course I get dizzy starving myself I hit a new record high, I'm at 169 at the end of the day that is my lowest weight record in years. I was so weak something was triggering my gag reflex and I want to puke out of the nausea.

170 today

Finally reached 170 morning weight, which is roughly 171 for the days average. What has improved prior to my past attempts is my perspective, regular food is 5-10 denser in calories than what I try to eat now. Also I stopped getting hyper acidity, which I began to notice happens after eating a lot of meat. When I was vegging for a couple meals I'm hungry but not acidy which is a monumental improvement. I ate to bring down the acidity and now I don't need to. I sleep longer though, I but that is also in part that I'm still waking up to Nikos night time feeding. Combined with increase activity, my body is really shedding the weight. My stomach is at the point where I poop every other day because of how little goes through my system. I was 173 yesterday and almost 175 by end of day.
