Documenting the crazy

I seem to be over sharing so I guess I have to channel it to this blog of mine. I since only close friends have access I can over share here.

Hit a new milestone 178, haven't been at this weight since mid last year. I have been losing a pound a day for up to 3 pounds.

My new calorie goal is 750 a day. I that means one yin yang latte of 165cal and as much salad as I can.

I binged last night on 1000 calories that was about a total of 1600 that day. I have to keep self control up, and and it's going to take all my reserve. I worse to come is that my plans will always be derailed by reality.
