Diet ruining weekend
A wedding and several family get togethers has brought me back to 179. If I continue well with my week, and flowing my diet I can mitigate some of the loss. I I can go back to 177 but the blow to my psyche and will is the worst hit by this.
I don't have the will to control only the willpower to quit.
My progress in mandarin is in trying to break down the character's to their basic component characters and create a mnemonic meaning from that. Wish me luck
