Dairy

Came from a meeting with people from National dairy association. Stumbled on one of the few emerging and growing markets in the philippines. A project small enough that we can afford to risk but profitable enough to be worth the risk. All that agricultural studies in my gaming paid off. It gave me an unusual and unexpected understanding of the matter. Suffice to say dairy stocks are a new growth area that a small time investor cab try. Its sustainable and good for our economy. I also love cheese and my lattes.

I just have to keep going and controlling. About 1500 calories a day with exercise.

Diet ruining weekend

A wedding and several family get togethers has brought me back to 179. If I continue well with my week, and flowing my diet I can mitigate some of the loss. I I can go back to 177 but the blow to my psyche and will is the worst hit by this. I don't have the will to control only the willpower to quit. My progress in mandarin is in trying to break down the character's to their basic component characters and create a mnemonic meaning from that. Wish me luck

Niko watches his mom poop so he likes putting tissue in the toilet. I left him to his own devices and suddenly silence.

Sick today

I am sick, I have the colds and a bit of sore throat. I I'm just using hydro therapy. Drinking and resting, and can't even imagine perform my game writing because it surprisingly exhausting.

A new record weight. 20lbs to go, and at this rate hopefully 155 by June. Still sick and colds drinking a lot of water.

Sore throat from swimming

I swam yesterday and the water was really cold. I was surprised by how it affected me. So I got a little sniffle now and some sore throat. I slept extra long to work it off but it seems to be managed but still there.

Swam instead if running

My bones are too weak so I have to slow done my running enough to let my bones grow stronger. I swam today and the water must have been below 20celcius. Anyway will do this 3x a week, running 3k once a week.

My birthday and new habbits

Check out "Expense Tracker" I just enrolled into a simple expense tracker. I plan to track my spending and try to keep myself honest. I'll try to remember all that I bought a and hopefully we track what I spent on. It allows to export to a cvs file and I can export it to Google docs as spreadsheet later on. Too bad I can't track my withdrawals anyway isn't my bank supposed to do that. Can't work out today, but as much as I have the energy to do my bones need to heal. I'm going to just do some low impact stuff. Strange how fast muscles develop but how slow bones strengthen.

My new laptop and old laptop

My old laptop was bought at around 2008, it is a lenovo y430 idea pad from my dad and this new samsung series 3 notebook a np 370r4e-s06ph with icore i3 3120 at 3500 passmark. The old is 5lbs while the new is 2lbs. Hopefully it lasts me another 5years. My old laptop could use the help and when I get done backing up I'll be send it to the shop to be refurbished to feel good as new. I'll also dual boot it so that I can use it to game. Both will be dual boot.

Just enrolled for mandarin class

Starts on mid April. 15 visits X 2 hours per class. Starting at basic Chinese because self learning gives me vocabulary but not the sped of thought to use it.

Documenting the crazy

I seem to be over sharing so I guess I have to channel it to this blog of mine. I since only close friends have access I can over share here. Hit a new milestone 178, haven't been at this weight since mid last year. I have been losing a pound a day for up to 3 pounds. My new calorie goal is 750 a day. I that means one yin yang latte of 165cal and as much salad as I can. I binged last night on 1000 calories that was about a total of 1600 that day. I have to keep self control up, and and it's going to take all my reserve. I worse to come is that my plans will always be derailed by reality.

Realizations about dieting and growing old

I have to accept that meat will probably be once a week, on the week end. Great thing about this is that my expectations are lower. Good meat is something to look forward to 300-500 calories is a meal and valuable ration. To visualize a generous cup of rice is 200 calories, but carrots of the same mass is 70 and cucumbers are less than 30. I don't need food to be happy I really have to dig deep into my geekdom to find happiness and somewhere else. Just get eating over with and do what u want to do. I will eat this way for a long time, and it is a lifestyle I will have to mentally condition myself. It's a good habit to teach my son. I I'm not going to vegetarian, I admit that I'm not that strong but this is sustainable in my opinion.

Cucumber salad with spicy the vinegar. I hopefully I can last forever eating this. If I eat this every meal for everyday, even if I eat in mass and volume more than what I normally eat it would be at most 200 calories a day

I last night's salad  I today's blast.  The salad could be about 30cal but the drink is probably 300. I screwed up yesterday eating half a Pringle can for about 500 cal. Must have been 2000cal.
