Did not go to work today

Got the lasik Work up. They told me that I will have blurred vision for 3-6 hours after the 2 hour examination. This is because of the drops used to dilate my pupils blur my nearsight (and I only have near sight). This obviously has increased my light sensitivity... and what was not mentioned about the whole procedure is the nausea having your eyes (where you get 90% of your data) bombarded with light. Good thing I keep bonamine in my bag at all times. I guess mild cases of motion sickness merits a Quirk in GURPS.

Wow, it debilitated me for the rest of the day. I could only do simple tasks, like making a tuna sandwitch spread for future sandwiches.

Getting a Lot of Hits in Game in the Brain thanks to RPG bloggers. Having a ton of Ideas to write about, and very little time to write them. I tend to have to chose the best, the easiest, and the most relevant from the lot.

I want to be a morning person

I woke up 4:45am, because of Jetlag.  I love it when I can wake up early for once. I fed Niko with reheated pasta his mom made and strawberry yogurt, a habit we both gained while in NYC. It took me around 30-40mins to feed him, given how difficult it is to make him eat even when you know he should be starving. It took me 40 mins to prepare about two 250ml of coffee, each with about 40-35g of Gourmet Beans. This should be enough for 4 days. I put two servings per container of protein shake, which melts into it while its still hot, because I intend to drink 120ml shot at a time mixed in with a lot of milk. I changed into running gear and strapped on my Pistol belt filled with pouches. It was raining pretty bad. I want to really check out my neighborhood what was open at around 6am in a regular day. Technically I'm done with the project

no charter . after learning what a charter is and because they don't work with a charter I'll never do a project without it. A charter is a written agreement with a project sponsor/employer/ in what outputs to be expected and what points are needed to consider a project done. I've never worked with a character before and was continually frustrated and depressed because of constant revisions and fluctuating tastes and expectations. I'd rather be thought of a total prick than to destroy my life working without a charter. This comes up because, when technically my dad removed me from the website project I'm being asked to arrange it again. This fuels my wishes, not to mention memories of unbearable depressions, to really leave the company I just joined in 2 months. Honestly, I'm here cause my parents want me. 60g of protein = 300g of meat; Medical Check up

60g of protein to maintain muscle mass. That translates to 300grams meat (strangely most meats are 30% protein; of course if there is fats and breading you'd have to factor those out). Thats about 3 pcs of 1/8 chicken plus various other sources like milk, protein shake, and some cereals. Made that terrible mistake of dieting sacrificing protein, first thing to go was muscle :( Other than other essentials i won't remove the 60g of protein this time. Will try to get a medical check up by next week from a Sports Medicine Doctor. Will check if there is other ways to keep the cost down like my insurance or promos.
