Whole day affairs.

employment requirements. It takes roughly a WHOLE day to get your NBI clearance (because by the time you get it its to late to get the other important papers), to Get your SSS card and to get your TIN card. I didn't know I was supposed to do this stuff while I was unemployed.. especially when i was thinking I could do it when I'm on a roll. Ignorance is no excuse but the fact that it takes WHOLE days to do, with no SATURDAY schedule and terribly inefficient bureaucracy (I don't live in makati anymore) just makes the corruption that headlines the news more visible to me. To think, that things could be more efficient, faster, a little bit more expensive but WAY more convenient to the tax payer infuriates me at the system it is now. When the BIR (bureau of internal revenue) threatened the Makati Business Club with Audits it JUST pisses me off that such efforts are wasted by the presidents vendeta and a goverment and system that doesnt want to change (especially since she proved she's gonna be around a long time).

KFC. ever noticed how the KFC rice wrapper has KFC continuously printed across it. KFCKFCKFCKFC. YEAH KFC YOU PGMA!

What to expect in pasig NBI clearance for new applicants.
1. Pasig City hall is Lights out during Lunch but surprising still opperates at a lower capacity. I was surprised at how dark and dungeon-like the place was. When I was filling up my CEDULA (tax sheet w/c is required) i couldn't follow the instructions because it was obscured by the darkness.

2. THe Blurring lines of Philippines. If you are a fair-minded person like myself then you don't mind waiting in a line... because it is a fair way for everyone to get their turn. Here on the other hand, with operators TOO busy, too tired and too stressed, you're on your own. Even when people line up, there are many who just cut and easily pleads ignorance. You know they are really cutting cause "Parang Titi Singit ng Singit"* and at that point you know THEY know. No one can be correct, in a mass of tired people, from hindsight I should have said something and gotten pissed off.

like saying "Oy Pare may linya". "Miss di po Kayo nag linya" or "Ale grabe naman Kayo, kita nga naglilinya ang marami "

Just saying it is enough to stop them and not saying anything keeps things as they are. So I better be a ass hole and upset the status quo by saying it. Its not only me who gets CUT its other fair minded honest people who are lining up.

Most of the time you'll see people na "May kaya" (people who obviously are no poor) cut and with their age act like it was Nothing. Next time I see that CRAP i'll speak out. KFC respect your elders, PGMA is OLD KFC respecting her.

NOTE: the submitting your CEDULA and pay, you wait till you get some stuff to fill up. You fill it up ASAP and line up in the Door way where they take your finger prints (have P5 ready). This is where people CUT the most. Because its both the place of the photo taking, people who are called just go in mixing with them are people who cut in line. In hindsight to prevent this just ask the person to save your space (tell them your looking if the people gonig there are cutting "kung singit ang iba") and go in to check if the person going in outside the line is going to the finger printing or not. If they are not Call foul and tell the old dark dood getting the finger printing she/he wasn't from the line. It will PO them but its worth it, once everyone sees you do it they are more inclined to fight for their little right to keep their line.

Anyway your not going to piss anyone powerful, if they were they never had to go through this crap (its not like they' know your name).

3. Surprise if you took till 2:30 to finish they will tell you they are flooded with work and tell you to come back in 12 working days. So if I were you, just go to CARRIEDO instead. its one day of heck compared to 12 days of waiting for heck.

*like a Dick he just keeps jamming itself in.
