Meal dillemas

I don't know what to eat. Health vs Cost vs Effort. The food has to have Fiber, I should try to spend less than a hundred a day, if possible NONE. It should not make me lose concentration from what I'm doing. It should not take too much time. The decision making process is getting worse and slower. I don't want to throw my health away for the sake of work but I don't want to get all caught up cooking instead of working :(

Can't wake up early enough. Been sleeping at 12 and i just can't make myself sleep at 10. :( anyway
