Running update

45 mins in Nike at 7.8km. 57 mins Str trac 6.4km. 4.0 incline. I had to stop, I think I was about to injuremy  arch of left foot. I need to train for October 25 for the 10k with obstacle course.

Running update

45 mins.  Star trac 5.56km,4.0 incline. Nike 7.35km. Breathing is better. Quiet low impact but rapid steps. No knee stress. Better speed after the 4 th  km.

Running update

45 mins. 5.25km star trac. 4.0 incline. 7.35km Nike. A lot of stress type pain. Unable to concentrate and focus. Can't go to my zone or imagination palace. Breathing funny, can't oxygenate properly. Went to watch  inside out with Niko and the wife. Niko behaved. Amazingly. He could not stand the sad and dark parts.

Running update

30 mins. Star trac 3.15km, 4.0 incline. Nike 4.0km. Tired and stressed before running. It was already 7:50pm when we started and starving.

Running update

31 mins. Nike 4.85km. Star trac 2 3.6km. 4.0 incline. Stressed more than anything. I should have napped. I didn't. So I'm not good. Niko made the excuse his sick and backed it up with crying in school today.
37 mins, 3.98km star trac, 6km Nike. Had a 30 min teaching swim for niko. Niko and chat came back from running  in the park because niko as being bullied. Could only sustain 6.2kph.

Running update

37 mins, 6km Nike, 4.18km star trac 3 4.0 incline. I could not sustain more than 6.5kph. Breathing and heart rate can't take it.  Trying to how a baby so not able to run. Like niko I need 10 hours of sleep. Will try to go to sleep at 9, dress down at 8. I should set my sleep goals at 10 hours. It really is a Disadvantages.

NIKO update : sleep walking and crankiness

Sunday night Aug 9  to Aug 10 around 1-2am niko had a night terror and sleep walking. He fought us but did not make sense and kept screaming. He even ran out of the room. He was always saying he wants bago, or to buy money, and other such confusing nonsense. We fixed a lot of his crankiness and negativity by sleeping early. 10hours of sleep helps me wake up more positive. We have to keep him in the dark to make him settle to sleep. Sunday he swam and tried to swim without his floatation  vest. He can do the jacuzzi but when he tried the big pool he survived but got traumatized. He would kneel down and hug his knees when emotionally stung hard. There was a party in the pool he wanted to join. I told him that would be crashing. It added to his vocabulary. I tried to tell him school is like a party where he's invited.

Running update

46 mins, star trac 3 5km, Nike 7.55km,  4.0 incline. Knees ok. Left lower rib muscle cramped Could not breathe efficiently.
