Running update

31 minutes but I lost 30 seconds to an alarm. 5km or 4.5km in star track.
No fitbit.
Legs had a different pain.
Didn't eat except one meal at 230pm. Very light. Baliwag 3 meal. Rice, pancit, dinuguan, and sisig. No soft drink. Mostly coffee in the morning.
Feet and legs were strained and numb. So was worried I would break something. Feel better. Have energy surprisingly.
