49 minutes 5km at treadmill at 25%.Sickish.

I have Sickish symptoms we are all down with phlegm and cough. Niko having terrible sounding cough, and he doesn't know it's better to spit it out and drink more fluids. Running now ant terrible performance.

Nikos fever is still high and his cough is bad. We are going to the doctor.

41min 5km treadmill at 25%.bad sleep again. I guess it's safe to assume bad sleep until otherwise.

Will go to the doctor tomorrow if it doesn't improve. He finished his medicine from two weeks ago, I have a feeling it was not well implemented. Although he showed no sign. He was fine yesterday and through the weekend. It could be he was on the brink? Could have been the swimming as well it was really cold. Fatigue from the weekend to bring down his defenses for something to creep in and a day to incubate.

43 minutes at 5km treadmill and 25% incline. I'm slept. Late at around 5am woke up at around 1030 but interrupted. Felt inspired to draw and write. Looked at my old mahadlika Story board and got inspired. Will prep it for publication by February. Working with who ever is interested. Will prep the story board for the whole female arch and half the male arch. Hopefully Thomas can work with me on the dialog and refinement. In return I will edit and storyboard a collaborators work at the same pace. Goal is raisng money for a drawing monitor tablet to speed up production time. This raising about 2000 USD (maybe credit card financing) for just myself that means I have to factor same monetary goals for my collaborators. Probably take a year of side jobs while working on this. Hopefully the price would have gone down. I think I can make a storyboard at a pretty good rate part time. So niko is wanting to climb up backs and ride us as part of play. He can't say it clearly yet but he really communicates play. When we Finally figured out he was saying exercise we played a lot. He even took chats hands and tried to show her exercise when she as tired. It was a milestone day. Nico had another vaccine shot for 3.5k. He figured out we were going to the doctor, he was calm to bawling in a quiet elevator in a few seconds flat. Gave the doctor a hard time. Got antibiotics for his phlegm.
