Rude Awakening

I woke up to the Screams of engines and tires. I slept at 11 and that was pretty early, but not early enough since some JERKS were practicing their drifting as early as 5AM in the virra mall parking lot. Classic Corruption

In any other developed Country, this would be so suspect that a case would have been right after this interview (if they didn't detect it earlier). Highlights - 2002 5 million assets, 2005 75 million assets. How did you get so rich so quickly? By the way, the Office of the Ombudsman is in the Pocket of the President. The Ombudsman is supposed to be a separate body charged in preventing corruption in the government. All any player needs to do is keep one in the pocket. Actually one can actually have a civil SUIT against the Ombudsman. The country doesnt resove things BY THE LAW, it is by Popular Opinion. Anyone with a powerful enough machine can take control of the Ombudsman's office and hold it over the president's head. The surprise is that None of the TAIPANS are doing this? Exercise Update

Sciatica Lower Back Stretching or SLBS for short (as I do this so often). SLBS 11mins 15mins One set of HIIT with 14lbs Rig. Per2/5, and E2/5. I felt weak. I can do 2 14lb rig hanging pull ups. 1 can do 5 pull ups. I've been visibly losing weight Routine for HIIT Jumping Jacks Wall Sit Push ups Sit ups Step ups Chair dips Planks Squat jumps Push up and Turn Side plank Side plank High Knees Running Pull Ups bend over lifts  Found out the following:  2000php 2800php Pushup Bars raising my arms by 3.5" are 400php. They had weighted vests 1,400php for 10kg or 22lbs. It looked like it needed a lot of reinforced stitching. It only had a 7 day return policy. Still 13x cheaper than getting a Tactec plate carrier.
