Lifelong Learning - how to measure it?

Lifelong Learning  is tested by people who feel they have all the answers but are completely the opposite. I can read between the lines and some recent commenter who wants to brag is testing my patience. I dont know how aware he is of the extent he has made an ass of himself, but I would like to know. Still, hes not the only and the first. I realized I've attracted people very insecure and very overconfident of their gaming prowess. So much that it has distracted, and stressed me out. Still I have come up on the realization of the fragile ego some have, but not in anyway representative of the majority. They are just the most Vocal ass-hats. Getting back to Lifelong Learning, I realized I have to measure this as well. A reflection of how much effort have I placed in LL, or what are the activities I perform every week that contribute to LL? A more frightening prospect is: What Can I do about my Failing memory? July 14-25 Sick Days

it began with being taken out by the paint thinner smell for a couple of hour. So I'm sick now. Lost my voice on 16 and still bad today 21. Resting up. Had not exercised. Started putting it in my calendar to alert so I can keep track of getting sick. Chat is giving me flak, even when I do the smart and mature thing and instigate patching things up. With no voice it comes off as sarcasm :( anyway... no good faith there. Niko is getting more conversational, I just wish I could get him to practice his writing more. Hes maturing a lot. Nik joined my ranks. Hopefully I build the company up as I plan, and things work out.

Running update

32 minutes, 3.5km in star trac, 5km Nike, incline 4.0 and 14lbs rig. Knees are OK. Feels lighter than usual, must be conditioning. Failed to do core exercises will do that tomorrow. Water 40% left. Very cold aircon. Probably 18C

31 mins and 5.km by nike 33 min and 3.3km by star trac 4.0 incline and 14lb rig. Right knee weak. I can bear the weight  better thanks to the core exercises. Been poorly exercising and dieting.
