Running update

38 minutes at 25% incline in Tm 5km. Finished one bottle. Better from last week.

Sick with a slight fever from over exertion and eventual poor immune system. 5tm km in 44:30mins at 25%. the new anime music really helped push me. Need new earbuds.

Running update

39 minutes in 5 Tm km at 25% incline. I was able to sustain up to 2.2km up to 14 minutes. The added music helps a lot. I'll be switching to anime opening intros that are designed to psyche out the audience. Pooping is more regular thanks to the Protien shakes. Niko sleeps to late and body slams us until he falls asleep. You hear the niko, daddy and mommy can't sleep cause you're an energetic little handful. Finished less sports drink in this one. One. One bottle.

39minutes with a lot of help 5tm km. I increased music speed by 10%. Incline wadw at 25%.didny stop till 2.5km at 18 minutes

43 minutes 5 treadmill km at 25% incline. Covering the running stats helps concentrate. Slowly recovering, working my way back to pre event and food poisoning levels. Need new Earphones. My brand new ones broke. I might need blue toothed ones. Started back in milk and Protien shake. Trying to loose weight but keep muscle.

Running update

46 minute 5 Tm km. Wow that food poisoning took a lot out of me. My performance is terrible. The usual 25% incline. It would take a long while to be back pre competition condition. Its really more sustainable to do this and steadily improve. More than ever is the idea that I'm at HT 9. I could barely sustain 8kph. Slowly build back my health.
