Anyway I believe that my metabolism is slow now because of the sickness and lack of exercise. So basically I need to kick my metabolism into gear. I don't know how.

First sickness of 2015. It was caused by cramming for the visa and being unable to rest and recover because of work. Bed ridden for Sunday still suffering some chills. I have a lot to do. Cramming since Monday to Thursday visa application for Schengen. Full system failure on Saturday. Too weak to move till later in Sunday. No appetite and very picky with food. Niko was sick too.
