Running update

5km 43 mins 3.0 incline Left knee under and right knee a bit. I need to do some push ups. But it seems I'm too tired.

Running update

44.10 mins for 5km on 3.0 incline but it was stuck at 3.5 half way Knees were feeling but no pain. Inner thigh tense. I was energetic but not capture. I did walk for 3 hours in divisoria. Did push-ups of 30 seconds twice this morning. Will do some. Burpees try.

Running update

5km 3.0 incline 42.5 mins Nipple abrasions. Nike says 5.53 or something. Knees seem ok. Thin socks. Will try to do 25 rep 3set push ups 2x per day. It takes me 6 mins to recover per set. And not even in full strength.

5km startrac 3.0 inclinr Nike 5.25km Knees are OK.  A bit tired on the left knee. Otherwise surprisingly not so much problem. Need to be able to do 30 push ups straight

Star Trac 45.5mins 5km  at 3 incline. With some weights. I realize since I'm so near my ideal weight and low body fat I don't need to break the wall. It's pointless it's better to pace and have shrink the rest time.  If I can run faster with shorter rest intervals: the sustainable speed in 2 mins  with a few second rest (30 sec) that is better and more endurance building.  Still I need more strength training and HITS.

running update

50 mins 5.5km  3 incline no load. Some 5lb  barbells Right and left knees feeling weird. Been snacking more. Trying to balance out my diet. Feel much better and raring to get back to training. Small comfort I have more company now that the team is looking to improve their health and tracking their fitness goals makes it feel like thereal is company.
