So my mom really panicked and bit my head off. After this negotiation, the other side called her and told her to offer the subsidy we used to offer. We have never gotten any favors from these guys, we were the ones giving favors. They owed up to Php8.3M and they only paid now because THEY escalted the negotiation to their boss and we told them about their outstanding dues. So now prices have increased, its been 6 months. I don't need to explain so much, because Finance backs me up on this, and one assumes Finance knows what they are doing. My decision making is based on my experience with this company, TM. Their malice and difficulty to deal with. They are very very difficult and Its never been a two way street with them. How can we be a partner when there really is no long term goal and good for us. This past week Niko "reads" to himself. He will get a book and pretend to read it, like the way we would read it to him.  He plays "horse" with the pillows and us.  He's been eating ravenously. he finished a whole cup of rice and viand by himself. He is not discriminate with food. We are picky eaters so we are glad he is eating what we eat, but I'm not sure our standard of non-discriminating is the same as compared to other families.  he says "DaTo!DaTo!DaTo!" as his own language of No!No!No!. It is very cute.  he greets me, looking only for hims mommy. He goes "Dada!" but in the end looks for mommy going "Mama?".  He tries to put on his shoes by himself. he cant but he tries.
